FAQ

1. Approximately how many images will you shoot?

With two photographers, you can expect to receive over 2000 RAW images, with approximately 800 of those being edited.

2. Are we required to provide a meal?

Please! It’s in our Terms of Service to provide a vendor meal. They will eat when you all are eating to ensure they do not miss anything.

3. Can I add another photographer?

Of course. We'd love to create a perfectly suitable package specially for your wedding day!

4. Can I request additional hours of coverage on my wedding day?

We prefer to plan this in advance so our team is fully prepared with all the necessary equipment for your big day. However, if extra time is required during the wedding, it’s possible to arrange. Our client service team will provide you with all the details regarding this!

5. Can I upgrade my video to 60 minutes?

For an 8-hour package, a 30-minute video allows us to highlight the best moments of your day. We can extend it to 45 minutes depending on the footage available. If you want to add a significant amount of time, there will be an additional charge. The more hours of coverage and extra shooters you have, the easier it will be for us to create a longer video.

6. Can we extend the hours, and is it possible to decide on the day to add more time?

You can add extra hours, but it's recommended to plan ahead to make sure your needs are fulfilled. The cost is $100 per additional hour for each shooter and $299 per additional hour for each team.

7. Can we help make decisions regarding the video, such as the background song and which speeches to include?

Absolutely! The video decisions are entirely up to you. Before the wedding, you will receive a Pre-Edit Form that will guide you in providing us with the direction you’d like for your video. How can I pick my own music? Isn’t there a copyright issue? You are welcome to choose your own music for the video. While there are copyrights, since you are using the videos for personal purposes, we have not encountered any issues with this.

8. How do you film video throughout the day?

Our videographer will capture short clips, typically between 20 to 30 seconds long, to ensure the best quality footage. The ceremony and toasts during the reception will be fully recorded with audio. The total file size will range between 50-150GB, depending on the number of hours of coverage you’ve booked. Please note that the length of the wedding video will depend on the amount of footage captured. The exact minutes may vary, and we always strive to provide more footage than what’s listed in your package.

9. I booked a drone, but what if it rains? Will I get a refund?

We will make every effort to fly the drone on your wedding day, as there may be breaks in the rain. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we can return on a sunny day to capture your venue and its surroundings for your wedding videos. Alternatively, we can apply the amount toward products from our store.

10. I booked a package with 2 photographers/videographers, will they arrive at the same time?

On the wedding day: Our team always arrives together at the same time. Since the photographers/videographers are working together, we cannot split them between two different locations (for example, if the getting-ready locations are separate). However, we can suggest having them arrive a bit earlier, and we can add this time to your package. Of course, we can travel between locations, but please note that travel time will count as "regular working time."

11. I have Livestream in my booked package, how does it work? / I would like to add livestream.

The livestream is available only for the ceremony and lasts no longer than one hour. It’s filmed using a smartphone, iPhone, or iPad. You’ll receive the Zoom link with the code one week before the wedding. Feel free to share the link with anyone — they don’t need to download anything to watch the ceremony, just use the link. Livestream is included when booking our Luxe or Majestic Collection. It’s not available with packages that include only one shooter, but you can upgrade to include it at no extra cost.

12. I purchased/my package comes with a Hard Cover Album, how do I get it?

For the hard cover album: Once you receive your photos, select up to 100 images and send us the photo numbers in a PDF file, along with the address where you'd like the album to be shipped.

13. If my venue asks for insurance, will you be able to provide it?

Of course! We can provide the COI (Certificate of Insurance) addressed to the venue and send it either to you or directly to the Catering Manager — whichever is more convenient for you.

14. My wedding date has been canceled, or we need to adjust and reschedule it.

Postponed weddings: Life happens, and that’s perfectly fine. If you decide to postpone your wedding, there are no rescheduling fees. Your new location doesn’t have to be the same as the original! We just need to check if your new date is available in our calendar, and we highly recommend sending us a few potential dates. If you choose not to have the wedding, we can apply your deposit toward an engagement session. We handle each case individually and work with you to find the best solution. However, please note that we have a no-refund policy in the event of a wedding cancellation. No downgrading: We are unable to downgrade your package, as we consider this a partial cancellation.

15. We use two HD cameras to capture different angles, but the videographer manages both simultaneously.

During the ceremony, one camera will stay in place, while the videographer moves around the venue as much as possible.

16. What we need from you before the wedding day:

1. Timeline — it's really important for us to have it as soon as it's finalized (and feel free to send us your preliminary one now). It doesn’t need to be overly detailed, just a general outline of the events, so we can ensure we capture all the key moments and know the times we should arrive and leave. 2. Three locations: - Bride and groom's getting ready - Ceremony - Reception 3. Shot list (I’m attaching a PDF). Take a look at it, feel free to add or remove anything that’s not necessary. Please let us know if you have any special rituals or ceremonies. Also, you can provide us with a list of guests you’d like to have photos with, for example, if your favorite aunt is traveling from another state. 4. After the wedding — our pre-edit form (for those who have videography in the package). I’ll send a separate email after the wedding, but you can review it now. We really need 2-3 songs for your highlights and 5-6 for your full video. This will help our editing team create the best final product. 🙂

17. When will we receive our edited photos/videos?

Editing time frame: It typically takes 4-5 weeks to complete the editing of your photos or videos, starting from the wedding day or after you submit our pre-edit form (whichever is later). There’s no specific deadline to submit the pre-edit form, but submitting it later will result in a longer wait for the videos. You will receive all RAW footage at the same time as the edited photos/videos. If you’d like to add more photos to your edited album after receiving the photos, please send us a complete list with the numbers of the RAW photos in a PDF. After receiving your videos, you are entitled to one free revision, which must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the videos. For any requested changes, please provide a list in PDF format for both the video highlights and full video, specifying which changes apply to each video. If you wait longer than 30 days, we’re happy to make changes, but there will be a charge of $100 per hour for our editors. We will provide the total cost after evaluating the time needed to complete the changes. So, please make sure to submit your revisions within 30 days!

18. Will the vendors be dressed appropriately?

Our vendors are instructed to wear all black, which is a standard in the industry.
